We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the model providers. Model names, related marks, and any referenced trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Available models, features, and pricing may change as upstream providers evolve their offerings.
- You must create an account to use zorq-ai.io services
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
- zorq-ai.io operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you run a generation, and different models consume different amounts of credits.
- Unused credits may expire according to your subscription plan.
- Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
- Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through account settings.
- Refunds are handled according to our refund policy.
- Price changes will be communicated in advance.
- You retain ownership of the prompts, reference images, and audio samples you provide.
- You own the outputs generated through your account, to the extent permitted by applicable law and by the underlying model providers' terms.
- You grant zorq-ai.io a license to process your inputs and outputs as needed to operate the service, including routing them to the selected third-party model provider.
- Outputs generated with zorq-ai.io may be used commercially, subject to applicable law and the usage terms of the underlying model provider.
- zorq-ai.io does not add its own watermarks to your outputs, and no attribution to zorq-ai.io is required.
- You are responsible for confirming that your specific use complies with applicable laws and with the model provider's usage terms.
- You may not use zorq-ai.io to generate content that:
- Violates any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
- Contains illegal, harmful, or offensive material
- Depicts real individuals without their consent
- Is intended to deceive or defraud others
- Violates our Acceptable Use Policy or the usage terms of the underlying model provider
You agree not to:
- Use zorq-ai.io for any unlawful purpose
- Generate content depicting minors in inappropriate contexts
- Create deepfakes or misleading media of real people without disclosure
- Clone or impersonate a person's voice or likeness without their consent
- Attempt to reverse engineer the zorq-ai.io platform or the underlying third-party models
- Circumvent usage limits or credit systems
- Resell access to zorq-ai.io without authorization
- Use automated systems to abuse our services
- Interfere with the operation of our platform
- The zorq-ai.io platform, interface, and workflows are our proprietary technology.
- The underlying AI models are owned by their respective third-party providers; zorq-ai.io does not claim ownership of those models.
- Our trademarks, logos, and branding are protected.
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform.
- zorq-ai.io is provided "as is" and "as available"
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time
- Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible
